Help girls from 77 countries find promising jobs in the largest company in the Russian Federation. We take care of the main things: covering flights for candidates, providing accommodation, a high salary, and career growth. As for you — we pay a grant for every candidate successfully employed.

Grant competition nominations

Each participant will have the opportunity to prove themselves in one or more nominations.

Payment for collecting a complete package of documents for registration of a candidate in the programme.
Leader of employment
Financial support for the employment of candidates in the best SEZ of the Russian Federation.
Competitive payment
Monetary reward for demonstrating unique initiatives implemented by a Partner that were not initially specified in the terms of the competition.
